Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 lime
2 ripe avocados
1 diced onion
1 diced tomato
1 tsp of salt
Salsa of choice
1 can of black beans
1 cup of frozen corn
Small bunch of cilantro
1 diced red pepper
1 can of refried beans
2 oz of cream cheese
Queso of choice
Tortilla chips of choice
Instructions:
Make black bean salsa by combining corn, black beans, 1/2 of your onion, and diced red pepper. Squeeze lime on top for added flavor.
In a small saucepan add refried beans and cream cheese until hot and mixed well.
Make guacamole by smashing ripe avocados, salt, diced tomato, and add 1/2 of your diced onion. Squeeze lime on top for added flavor.
Warm queso.
To Serve:
Transfer each ingredient to small individual serving dishes and serve with tortilla chips. ENJOY your nacho dips and chips!
