5 ingredient chili

Serves: 6

28 oz of crushed fire roasted tomatoes

30 oz of variety of chili beans

1 chili seasoning packet of choice

1 cup of frozen corn

1 lb ground beef (optional)

Optional Toppings:

Shredded cheese of choice, I prefer cheddar

Green onion

Sour cream

Corn Bread or crackers

Frito chili cheese chips


In a large pot combine all ingredients (without draining) except ground beef.

In a large skillet, brown your ground beef. Then add to your pot of ingredients.

Warm everything until just before boiling.

Remove from heat.

To Serve:

In a serving bowl, add a generous scoop of chili topped with your favorite toppings or served alone. ENJOY your easy peasy 5 ingredient chili!
