Homemade frozen protein bowls can be made with any ingredients your heart desires! Feel free to add seeds and nuts, any fruit, and use any flavor of protein powder. Even add sprinkles of your favorite chocolate! This recipe is generic. You can do any combinations you desire! Some ideas might be strawberry banana and chocolate protein powder topped with chocolate shavings. Or you can go tropical with mango and pineapple and vanilla protein powder topped with coconut shavings. The possibilities are endless!
Single serving sizes
Ingredients:
1 scoop of protein powder of your choice
1/2 cup of frozen fruit of your choice
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of milk or milk alternative
Coconut and/or chocolate shavings,
fresh fruit of your choice
Nuts and/or seeds of your choice
Instructions:
In a blender, add your frozen fruit, protein powder, milk and ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour your mixture into a serving bowl and top with your favorite fresh fruit, shavings or nuts!
