Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

1 jar of marinara sauce

2 cups of mozzarella cheese

2 eggs

1 cup of flour

Garlic salt

1/4 cup of olive oil

16 oz pasta noodles of choice

Instructions:

Cut both chicken breasts in half to make 4 thin breasts.

Scramble 2 eggs in a bowl and set aside

Place flour and seasonings of choice in a bowl and set aside.

Boil water for your pasta and cook it to the package instructions.

Warm your olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. do not allow it to pop or smoke.

Take one of the thin chicken breasts and coat it in flour. Then dip it in the egg mixture, followed by another coat of flour mixture before placing it in the warm skillet.

Once all 4 are in the skillet, do not flip the breasts until they are golden brown.

Try to only flip the chicken once. While it is still cooking on its second side, cover the chicken with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

To Serve:

Place a serving of pasta on a serving plate and top it with a finished chicken breast from the hot skillet. Drizzle desired amount of marinara sauce on top. Sprinkle oregano or serve with fresh parsley if desired. ENJOY your easy homemade chicken parmesan!
