Ingredients:

6 Flour tortillas

1 lb of Taco meat (can be chicken or beef)

Suggested Toppings:

Sour cream

Diced chilis

Diced tomato

Pickled banana pepper

Red pepper

Diced onion

Shredded cheddar cheese

Corn

Guacamole

Black beans

Cilantro

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Taco cups are a super easy way to reuse taco meat in a creative way. Cut flour tortillas into four triangles by using a pizza cutter cutting them in half then in half the other way.

Place a tortilla triangle in each muffin cup in an oiled muffin tin. Lightly add your taco meat and shredded cheese.

Place the muffin tin in the oven with a piece of foil lightly sitting on the top so as not to burn the corners of the tortilla.

Once the cheese has melted, remove them from the oven to cool.

To Serve:

Once your super easy no fuss taco cups have cooled, place them on a plate and top them with your favorite toppings! This meal is customizable to each family member making it the perfect dish for picky eaters! Serve it with your favorite taco sauce and ENJOY your delicious, custom taco cups!
