Veggies of choice: red pepper, cucumber, celery etc

Berries of choice: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc

Fruit of choice: cherry tomatoes, apples, grapes, oranges, watermelon, etc

Meats of choice: Pepperoni, salami, ham, turkey, etc.

Ranch dressing

Cheese of choice

Crackers of choice

Baby pickles of choice


Miracle whip

Peanut butter



Wax paper


Premake my Easy Chicken Salad.

Boil eggs, cut in half, scoop out centers mix with miracle whip to taste. Scoop out and place back onto the white egg to make Angel Eggs. Top with paprika if desired.

Wash, peel and cut any fruits and vegetables into serving size.

Cut celery into 3 inch strips, line the inside with peanut butter then add raisins on top to create Ants On A Log.

Cut cheese into small chunks.

To Serve:

This homemade charcuterie board can be placed on wax paper directly on the counter top, on cookie sheets or any other serving platter.

Choose your desired area, spread wax paper and assemble your homemade charcuterie board by placing your individual items either in groups of foods or spread out depending on your space. Typically I will add all of the prepared foods but take the dipping sauces like peanut butter for the apples or ranch for the veggies to the table with individual plates. this way each person can buffet style take what they would like to eat on their own plates and add their own sides.
