24 oz of pasta of choice. I use Rainbow Pasta
2 breasts of chicken
5 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves of garlic
10 oz zesty Italian dressing
1 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese
Suggested Chopped Veggies:
1 red pepper
1 bunch of green onion chopped
Pickled banana peppers
1 cucumber chopped
1 red onion chopped
In a large pot, boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions
Stir in the desired amount of zesty Italian dressing on pasta to keep it from sticking together. Place in refrigerator to cool.
Chop all vegetables and add to your pasta bowl.
Add any extra zesty Italian to taste. Enjoy your Zesty Chicken Pasta Salad!
In a large skillet melt 4 tablespoons of butter or oil on medium heat. Add chicken breast(s). Season with garlic salt.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic. Set aside.
Once one side of your chicken has browned, flip the chicken to brown the other side.
Remove chicken from skillet and shred with 2 forks. It will be pink inside.
Return chicken to the hot skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter and your previously chopped garlic. Stir together until browned. Remove from heat.
