16 oz of angel hair pasta
1 chicken breast
3 tablespoons of butter
2 chopped carrots
1 bunch of green onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 cup of frozen peas
5 cloves of garlic
1 cup of frozen corn
1 bag of precut cabbage
Asian sauce of your choice. I suggest sweet and tangy beijing sauce, duck sauce, sesame sauce or soy sauce.
In a large saucepan, cook pasta to package instructions, rinse and set aside.
In a large skillet melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add small cubbed chicken chunks. Once slightly browned, add remaining chopped vegetables except for the cut cabbage.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from heat. Do not over cook the vegetables.
In a small skillet scramble 5 eggs and add to your chicken and vegetable mixture.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except sauce.
To serve, place a generous helping of Asian noodles in a serving bowl. Top with your favorite Asian sauce. Enjoy!
