Smoked Sausage With Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb package of link sausage

1 lb brussel sprouts

2 tablespoons of olive oil

3 oz of Feta cheese crumbles

2 cups balsamic vinegar

10 oz bacon

Instructions:

Cut the stem off of brussel sprouts then slice each in half vertically. Toss in olive oil

Smoke or grill sausage and brussel sprouts.

In a large skillet fry bacon to desired texture. I suggest crunchy to add crunch effect and make it easier to crumble.

Balsamic Reduction:

Pour balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and lightly simmer until 1 cup remains and the sauce has thickened.

Serve:

Slice smoked sausage into bite-size servings and add to a plate

Scoop a generous helping of brussel sprouts onto your plate. Top with feta cheese crumbles, chopped bacon, and drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top. Enjoy!
